Hi Folks! It's Monday again, all day!
Last week was so easy, I'm doing it again. I've allowed for a
Monday: pork chops with potatoes and carrots, fruit*
Tuesday: beef & vegetable soup with cornbread
Wednesday: chicken enchiladas, chips, salad
Thursday: leftover soup & cornbread/or whatever you can find
Friday: chicken fried rice, egg rolls, egg drop soup
Saturday: chili with cornbread muffins
Sunday: restaurant for dinner, b-fast for supper
